After graduating from the English program of Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine, she took the Medical Specialization Examination (TUS) and began her career as a resident at Eskişehir Osmangazi University ENT Clinic.
After completing her specialty training, she was appointed to Sivas Numune Hospital to fulfill her compulsory service.
During her compulsory service, she was appointed as an Assistant Professor to the Department of Otorhinolaryngology at Sivas Cumhuriyet University; however, due to family reasons, she did not assume the position and instead applied for internal appointments.
In 2011, she was appointed to Istanbul Haseki Training and Research Hospital.
Between 2011 and 2022, while working at Istanbul Haseki Training and Research Hospital, she contributed to the training of numerous residents.
While actively contributing to resident education, she further developed her expertise in thyroid surgery by attending specialized courses that were not part of her own residency training.
On 24.11.2021, she was awarded the title of Associate Professor.
As of 17.10.2022, she has been working at Biruni University Faculty of Medicine Hospital, Department of Otorhinolaryngology.
