Halil Erbiş graduated from Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Medicine in 1998 and subsequently completed his residency training in the Department of General Surgery at Pamukkale University Faculty of Medicine in 2007.
In his professional career, he has worked in various institutions in the field of general surgery. Between 2011 and 2012, he served as a Clinical Fellow at Şişli Florence Nightingale Hospital.
He continued his academic career as an Assistant Professor at Pamukkale University Faculty of Medicine between 2009 and 2013.
In 2017, he received a Clinical Research and Good Clinical Practice Training Certificate. During this period, he specialized in organ transplantation and directed his general surgery career toward this field.
