During my associate professorship years, after serving as a Visiting Faculty Member at the Allergy Clinic of Rothschild Hospital, University of Paris, I contributed to the establishment of the Allergy and Immunology Laboratory,
While serving on the board of directors, including as President, of the Turkish Thoracic Society — the most established scientific association in the field of Chest Diseases — I contributed to the advancement of the specialty by organizing national and international medical congresses,
I coordinated the initiation of Interventional Bronchoscopy procedures at the Department of Chest Diseases, Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine, contributing to its development in our country.
In recent years, I aim to establish a multidisciplinary perspective for the “Lung Nodule Follow-up and Treatment” program, which has gained importance in the early diagnosis of lung cancer.
