Blood Pressure Measurements Were Taken for Our Patients During Heart Health Week

As part of the event, blood pressure measurements of patients were carried out in the hospital lobby by our intern doctors. The blood pressure values of individuals visiting the hospital were checked and evaluated in terms of possible risks. As a result of the measurements, patients with high blood pressure were referred to the Cardiology Outpatient Clinic for further evaluation and necessary examinations.

While cardiovascular diseases are among the most common health problems worldwide, uncontrolled hypertension stands out as one of the major risk factors in the development of these conditions. Experts emphasize that regular blood pressure monitoring and periodic health checkups are essential for maintaining heart health.

This awareness activity held at our hospital aimed to ensure early detection of hypertension and to increase public awareness about heart health.
