Pregnancy School Program Brought Expectant Parents Together
Biruni University Medical Faculty Hospital continues to support families through educational programs focused on maternal and infant health. As part of these efforts, the Pregnancy School Program brought together not only expectant mothers but also expectant fathers for an informative and engaging experience.

During the program held in our hospital's conference hall, participants received comprehensive information about pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period. The free educational program covered topics including the stages and physiology of pregnancy, nutrition during pregnancy, the initial assessment of newborns, newborn characteristics, pain free childbirth, the hospital process, and preparing for labor.
The program also included informative sessions on newborn care, breastfeeding, daily activities during pregnancy, and prenatal Pilates. Designed to help expectant mothers and fathers prepare for this special journey in an informed, safe, and healthy way, the program highlighted the importance of accessing accurate and reliable information.
